My personal favorite is the Beef flavored cup noodles by Nissin.
in my area you can buy 2 boxes of 6 cups for $2.00. That's a good deal I couldn't pass up so I bought 4 boxes for $8.00 to add to my supply of food. Each cup takes about 2 cups of boiling hot water to make, so that is another thing you'll have to stock up on is plenty of water.
That's a total of 24 cups of instant noodles. My only complaint is it has way too much salt but hey if it's the end of the world and you are doing what you can to survive then you're not going to care about high salt content when you maybe going a few days between meals (stretching out you're supply if needed).
